Thank you for choosing to sponsor a child.  Please fill in the form below with your information.  If you are donating through a credit card, please leave the box checked that adds the 3% fee.  This is what the credit card companies charge to process your donation.  If you are paying through a checking account, you can uncheck the box and the fee will be removed.  Thank you again for your generosity!
